Liesl Violante joins SilverLining as Director of Administration where she will develop and oversee administrative operations.  With 20 years of experience, Liesl has successfully established and managed administrative functions within both higher education institutions and nonprofit enterprises in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recently, she assisted and led efforts to improve organizational processes for community-based nonprofits and provided consultative support to small business startups, focusing on streamlining their administrative processes. Liesl holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and is currently based in Boise, ID.
